14-Day Return Policy for Finished Jewelry:
You may request a return for finished jewelry within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund.
Non-Returnable or Exchange Items:
Blindbox products and unprocessed pearls are not eligible for returns.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
